trak group is partnering with a dynamic, high-growth organization to find a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development—a pivotal leadership role that will drive strategic growth, partnerships, and high-value initiatives with long-term equity potential.

- Lucrative Performance-Based Rewards – Base salary $200K–$300K + 20–30% bonus + equity potential of $2M–$3M.

- Strategic Influence – Lead corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships at the highest level.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and establish relationships with strategic partners, investors, and M&A targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities including licensing, joint ventures, capital raising, and M&A.
- Lead corporate strategy initiatives from market analysis to deal execution.
- Create and deliver high-impact presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Manage research initiatives to define and communicate the company’s unique market value.
- Collaborate across the organization to align strategic initiatives with long-term company goals.
- 10–15 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic finance.
- MBA highly preferred.
- A successful track record of evaluating and executing high-impact business initiatives in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—ability to think big, move fast, and influence at all levels.
- Ability to manage complex negotiations, strategic alliances, and major capital initiatives.
