Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage our existing service staff of two managers and 23 full-time pool technicians.
  • Efficiently schedule crews and plan their routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including profit and loss (P + L), payroll, and expense management.
  • Embrace your entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and growth in our service division.
  • Utilize your experience with an existing service company to streamline and optimize our operations.
  • Wear multiple hats throughout the day, from team leadership to customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.
What you need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Background in scheduling crews and managing their routes to ensure efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial aspects such as profit and loss (P + L), payroll, and expense management.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Previous experience within an existing service company, particularly in a managerial or leadership role.
  • The ability to adapt and wear multiple hats throughout the day, responding to the dynamic needs of the division.
