Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage our existing service staff of two managers and 23 full-time pool technicians.
- Efficiently schedule crews and plan their routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial aspects, including profit and loss (P + L), payroll, and expense management.
- Embrace your entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and growth in our service division.
- Utilize your experience with an existing service company to streamline and optimize our operations.
- Wear multiple hats throughout the day, from team leadership to customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Background in scheduling crews and managing their routes to ensure efficiency.
- Familiarity with financial aspects such as profit and loss (P + L), payroll, and expense management.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Previous experience within an existing service company, particularly in a managerial or leadership role.
- The ability to adapt and wear multiple hats throughout the day, responding to the dynamic needs of the division.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both your team and our valued customers.
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Suite to streamline administrative tasks.
