Service Manager

Responsibilities include:

Customer Point of Contact for all service requests
Schedule appropriate resources for the necessary field service calls and repairs
Issue quotes for parts, service and repair, and receive and enter customer PO's
Coordinate in house repairs for customer parts found inoperative
Coordinate with Project Management for installation and commissioning of equipment
Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Provide problem solving and troubleshooting for customer issues
Provide direction for field service technicians including scheduling, training, and communication
Summarize field service and repair activities to look for opportunities for improvement

What you need to succeed:

3+ years of customer and/or field service experience
Customer first attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good blueprint reading skills, and general mechanical and electrical proficiency
Technical education a plus!
