Responsibilities include:
  • Customer Point of Contact for all service requests
  • Schedule appropriate resources for the necessary field service calls and repairs
  • Issue quotes for parts, service and repair, and receive and enter customer PO's
  • Coordinate in house repairs for customer parts found inoperative
  • Coordinate with Project Management for installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
  • Provide problem solving and troubleshooting for customer issues
  • Provide direction for field service technicians including scheduling, training, and communication
  • Summarize field service and repair activities to look for opportunities for improvement
What you need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of customer and/or field service experience
  • Customer first attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good blueprint reading skills, and general mechanical and electrical proficiency
  • Technical education a plus!
