Service Technician
Setting/Hours: Office-based with travel (20–30%) | Mon-Thurs 6am-4: 30pm

As part of our Technical Service Team, you'll be the go-to expert for equipment repair, installations, and support. Your work will directly impact customer success and product performance across a variety of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform hands-on repair, modification, testing, and installation of complex industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance
Respond to customer service requests and provide timely, effective technical support
Manage and track service calls, work orders, and customer information with accuracy
Maintain detailed documentation within ERP systems and service databases
Prepare clear, organized reports and service documentation in a timely manner
Coordinate travel and conduct on-site service visits across the U.S. And internationally
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve real-world technical issues
Support additional service and technical needs as they arise, contributing to overall team success
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
Minimum of 2 years working in an industrial or technical environment
Working knowledge of PLCs, electronics, and printed circuit board diagnostics
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with databases, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally (passport-ready)
