- Prepare substrates for vinyl applications, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
- Operate and maintain printers, ensuring quality output.
- Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting of printed pieces.
- Conduct quality assurance checks pre and post-construction, ensuring accuracy and meeting standards.
- Operate the laminator while maintaining proper fit and settings.
- Unload raw materials and manage inventory levels.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide some customer service support.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Eager and proactive personality, ready to take on challenges and grow.
- Desire for personal and professional development.
- Previous experience in sign production or related fields is a plus but not required.
