- Manage day-to-day communication and support for assigned clients
- Lead quarterly check-ins and support open enrollment logistics
- Review and process applications, renewals, and policy updates
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal standards
- Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers, resolving issues as they arise
- 2+ years of employee benefits account management experience
- Active Life & Health license (or actively pursuing)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience with agency management tools and Microsoft Office
