Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and select suppliers to ensure the best quality and value.
- Manage supplier relationships, including conducting audits, performance reviews, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members to qualify new parts.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and operational factors.
- Analyze market trends, benchmark data, and financial information to identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Interact at a high level with the leadership team and provide solutions-driven insights.
What you need to succeed:
- 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and internal teams.
