Schedule: Standard office hours (7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic sourcing for unique service parts (machine motors, components, etc.) across 47K+ active SKUs.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and implement long-term agreements.
- Drive cost reductions, quality improvements, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
- Conduct market research to track trends in pricing, availability, and product innovation.
- Support new product launches by aligning sourcing strategies with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Facilitate RFQ/RFP processes and maintain documentation in sourcing and ERP systems.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of sourcing experience (RFPs, negotiations, supplier development).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Self-starter with strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Creative problem-solver who can work independently and explore options proactively.
- Bonus: Experience with commodity/category management, supplier scorecards, or certification in Supply Chain.
