Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Retirement Planning Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retirement planning products, and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for retirement planning products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in retirement planning services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on retirement planning or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of retirement planning products and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
