- Be at the forefront of a growing company with multiple subsidiaries
- Hands-on opportunity to manage the accounting and finance functions
- Paid weekly with excellent benefits starting the 1st of the month following your hire date
- Lead and own the accounting processes, producing timely and accurate Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Ensure Accounts Payable and Receivable are on track and manage aging reports
- Oversee a team of 1-2 Staff Accountants and a Bookkeeper, managing all transactional accounting and GL entries
- Play a key role in supporting the growth of the company with solid financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager in a business or division with $30-$100M in annual revenue
- Proven ability to take full ownership of the accounting function
- Prior experience managing staff (Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers)
- Strong financial reporting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Real Estate is preferred
- MBA or CPA a plus
