- 1-4 years of public accounting experience, or 4+ years of relevant professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license (or pursuit of CPA)
- Experience in tax and client-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with C-level managers and business owners
