We are seeking a Senior Analyst with public accounting experience and a strong focus on tax to work with a variety of clients across industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee different project phases, including tax return preparations and consulting assignments
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards
- Engage directly with clients, peers, and partners on various accounting and consulting projects
- Guide and mentor staff accountants, reviewing their work on accounting, tax, and business consulting projects
- Take the lead in client engagements, collaborating directly with business owners and C-level executives
- 1-4 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
- Active CPA, or in pursuit of CPA licensure
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience working with small to mid-size businesses
- Proficiency in MS Office
