- Mentor peers and guide best practices in business analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements across functional areas.
- Lead system overviews and user training as required.
- Balance multiple projects while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge, with experience writing queries and working with databases.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Clear communicator who can effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly adaptable and self-driven with a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Based in the Greater Cincinnati area with flexibility to be on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
