We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the introduction of new products, processes, and tooling from design concept through production. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the introduction of new products, processes, and tooling from design concept through production. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a high-quality manufacturing environment, improving existing processes and designing efficient new product launch methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product/process introductions, from tooling and fixtures to production
- Develop and improve processes, ensuring safety and ergonomic standards are met
- Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to optimize production methods
- Create manufacturing cost estimates and detailed process documentation
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting support to improve equipment performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and value engineering
- 1-5 years of engineering experience in high-quality manufacturing (Automotive, Aerospace, or regulated industry)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with PLCs and CNC programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
