- Foster positive administrative relationships with our leased operating facility landlords.
- Provide invaluable support to our Chief Financial Officer with various ad hoc tasks.
- Manage all aspects of Fixed Asset Accounting, including Investment Applications, Capitalizations, Reconciliation of CIP, Fixed Asset Listing, and Tax Treatment.
- Handle journal entries and allocations while reconciling miscellaneous GL accounts.
- Maintain and update the company's leased property database to ensure data accuracy, and create ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
- Prepare various I/C reporting in accordance with US and German GAAP requirements.
- A 4-year Accounting Degree is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong background in Fixed Assets Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- Excellent skills in Excel and Quickbooks.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
