Responsibilities include:

Month Close: Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly financial activities.
State Filings: Manage and oversee compliance with state filing requirements.
AP/AR Functions: Handle essential Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.

Additional Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries to record monthly transactions.
Manage intercompany billings.
Maintain fixed assets and communicate with project leaders.
Upload payroll and travel expenses into the ERP system.
Conduct fixed asset audits.
Oversee General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting.
Generate AP/AR aging reports.
Reconcile AP/AR ledger to aging reports.

What you need to succeed:

Recent graduate with an Accounting Degree.
Internship experience is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to manage month-close activities, state filings, and AP/AR functions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
