Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports for timely, accurate payments.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve inquiries while ensuring account accuracy.
- Process customer invoices, payments, and deposits, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure strong cash flow.
- Reconcile credit card expenses and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare financial statements.
- Participate in accounting projects, including system upgrades, automation, and process improvements.
- Provide audit support by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage varied responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
