- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accurate balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Decision Support: Provide analysis and decision support for general and plant managers.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to company initiatives, including accounting automation.
- Policy Establishment: Assist the Corporate Controller in establishing accounting policies and procedures.
- Financial Consolidation: Consolidate plant results and assist the CFO with revenue, margin, and spending analysis.
- KPI Compilation: Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) with trend analysis and visualization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1-3 years of financial analysis and modeling experience, with 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accrual accounting and advanced Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables).
- Personal Attributes: Clean driving record, excellent communication skills, a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to stable career growth.
