Strategic Sourcing Assistant
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-4: 30 with flexibility for earlier start

Position Overview
This is a growth-driven opportunity within a global manufacturing operation, supporting expanded procurement and supply chain initiatives. The role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (strongly preferred)
1–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related area
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Spend analysis and KPI tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities
Support of RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes
Supplier documentation and contract lifecycle support
ERP data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration
Ongoing supplier communication and operational issue resolution
Growth-driven opening due to expanded procurement initiatives
Compensation: $23–$25/hour during contract period
