Responsibilities include:
- Educational Support: Provide basic instruction in workplace activities, ensuring youth success at job sites.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve barriers to summer employment success, actively serving as a liaison between the youth program and job site supervisors.
- Evaluation: Prepare monthly evaluations/reports of youth work site activities and development.
- Communication: Effectively communicate orally and in writing with C-HCCAA and relevant outside stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Guidance: Facilitate youth in work-related activities to observe and guide towards career success.
- Conflict Resolution: Implement intervention strategies for conflict resolution, tardiness, and attendance issues.
- Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of accurate time sheets for payment and train work site supervisors on program rules and time sheet procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or completed Associate or Bachelor Degree programs in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
