- Monitor and manage the email box for receiving paperwork, certificates of analysis, and invoices.
- Save and file all certificates of analysis and ensure they are attached to the lot file in the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate with Inventory Managers and suppliers to obtain any missing certificates of analysis.
- Enter and maintain expiration dates of products upon receipt.
- Research and resolve invoice variances by collaborating with warehouse staff or Inventory Managers.
- Expedite receiving of goods when urgency exists and update purchase order due dates.
- Assist with updating product costs and provide support on various projects and data compiling tasks.
- Recent graduate in supply chain management or equivalent experience in supply chain support.
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Strong big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
