Supply Chain Support Specialist
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in West Chester, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Our client is seeking a temporary team member to help manage increased workload and provide relief to the current supply chain team.
Provide day-to-day support across supply chain operations, including coordinating orders and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution
Assist with customer service activities by addressing inquiries and supporting a positive, seamless client experience
Help manage increased workload by handling overflow tasks and keeping processes organized and on track
Work closely with team members to maintain efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes, including order management, logistics, and coordination
Strong customer service mindset with clear and effective communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to quickly adapt, take initiative, and support a fast-paced team environment
