- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to onboarding, for a wide range of positions (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, and more).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and responsibilities, using insights to refine the recruitment process.
- Develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to build diverse and talented candidate pipelines.
- Participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, and industry groups.
- Handle internal and external job postings, create job descriptions, and formulate interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
- Implement creative and effective recruiting methods for various roles across the organization.
- Communicate clearly with business partners and hiring managers, setting timelines and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition trends to continually improve the process.
- Analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate trends and proactively address them.
- Utilize various channels to source top-quality candidates.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, and pipeline management.
- General Human Resources knowledge with a focus on recruitment.
- Proficiency with systems and tools supporting sourcing, applicant tracking, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration.
- Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to enhance the interview process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Capacity to work independently within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
