Responsibilities include:

- Facilitate New Hire Process: Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
What you need to succeed:
- Recruiting Experience: Bring at least 3 years of experience in recruiting with proficiency in an ATS system.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to work with HRIS systems and understand the flow of onboarding processes.
- Mechanical Inclination: Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional Communication: Excellent communication skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
