Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for S-Corps, Partnerships, and individual clients (1040s).
- Provide consulting services for diverse projects such as business modeling, due diligence, and compensation planning.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to provide proactive tax strategies and solutions.
- Work on complex accounting and advisory services, including system conversion assistance and budget preparation.
Qualifications
- CPA certification.
- 5+ years of tax compliance experience in a public accounting environment.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing S-Corp, Partnership, and 1040 tax returns.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with paperless tax systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and mentor staff.
