- Review and sign business tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—building trust and offering proactive advice
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help clients minimize liability
- Guide and mentor preparers, reviewing their work and offering actionable feedback
- Identify opportunities to expand client services through strategic cross-functional collaboration
- Stay current on changes in tax law and serve as a subject matter expert within your specialties
- Support and respond to audits by coordinating with tax authorities as needed
- Active CPA license
- 3–10 years of experience in public accounting (business tax focus preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client success
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with high attention to detail
