CNC Machine Programmer
Onsite | Monday–Friday
Pay: $28/hour and up, based on experience
trak group is partnering with a precision manufacturing company to find a CNC Machine Programmer who can lead programming efforts, support shop operations, and contribute to high-quality part production using HAAS CNC equipment.

Onsite | Monday–Friday
Pay: $28/hour and up, based on experience
trak group is partnering with a precision manufacturing company to find a CNC Machine Programmer who can lead programming efforts, support shop operations, and contribute to high-quality part production using HAAS CNC equipment.

- Program HAAS Mills and Lathes using GibbsCAM software
- Develop machine setup sheets, tool lengths, and work offsets
- Design and build fixtures in collaboration with Engineering
- Train operators on setup and execution of new parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, perform troubleshooting, and inspect parts
- 5–7 years of machine shop experience preferred
- Experience with:
- “C” axis and live tooling on HAAS CNC Lathes
- Haas controls and G & M codes
- GibbsCAM programming
- AutoDesk Vault (preferred)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and procedural instructions
- Skilled in identifying raw materials, proper tooling, and work-holding devices
- Familiarity with micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, and edge finders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing, fast-paced environment
- Monday–Friday, Regular Day Shift
- $28/hour and up, depending on experience
