Location: Cincinnati, OH | 2nd Shift | Full-Time
trak group is partnering with a global chemical manufacturer to find a hands-on, team-oriented Production Supervisor. In this role, you’ll lead second-shift operations, driving safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in a TPM environment.

- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a TPM or Lean manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with DOR reporting, downtime analysis, and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2nd Shift | 1:00pm-10:00pm | Full Time
