Director of Quality
Pay: $115,000–$130,000 + bonus
Location/Schedule: Full-time | Northern Kentucky | Onsite

What You’ll Do

Lead development, implementation, and improvement of quality systems
-
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
-
Manage supplier, customer, and internal audits
-
Use tools like FMEAs, Control Plans, and statistical analysis to drive improvements
-
Oversee complaint management systems, including 8D
-
Monitor quality metrics and trends, and develop action plans
-
Lead and mentor the Quality team, including QA Inspectors and QC Lab staff
-
Collaborate on technology transfers and improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations, or related field
-
7–10 years of quality experience in manufacturing (chemicals, food, flavors, plastics ideal)
-
Proven leadership in quality system implementation and process improvement
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management tools
-
Experience overseeing complex products made of multiple components
Preferred:

Strong audit management skills (supplier, customer, and internal)

Excellent people development and cross-functional collaboration skills
