- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong background in lean shop floor management and schedule adherence
- Experience in metal fabrication, durable goods, or welding environments preferred
- Solid decision-making and analytical skills
- Familiarity with MRP systems and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable guiding team development and enforcing HR policies
