IT Hardware Procurement and Deployment Specialist
Location/Schedule: 100% onsite | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Join trak group in partnering with a growing post-acute care organization that’s expanding its IT team. You’ll play a key role in deploying hardware and managing procurement as the company undergoes a major O365 rollout.

Join trak group in partnering with a growing post-acute care organization that’s expanding its IT team. You’ll play a key role in deploying hardware and managing procurement as the company undergoes a major O365 rollout.

- Play a critical role in procurement, deployment, and asset lifecycle oversight
- Gain exposure to systems like ServiceNow, Workday, NexThink, and more
- Manage IT hardware procurement, including identifying needs and processing purchase orders
- Coordinate deployment of desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and peripherals
- Track and manage inventory across all stages of the asset lifecycle
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of hardware
- Support configuration and setup of equipment prior to deployment
- Document processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- 3+ years in technical support or IT hardware deployment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environments (O365 required)
- Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement tools like Workday (a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, NexThink, Active Directory, and Managed Engine a plus
- Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required
