Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic support for product issues and process parts orders for customers via phone and email.
- Build product expertise through hands-on learning in assembly and repair areas.
- Occasionally support training sessions, conferences, and product testing with engineering.
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing Bill of Materials and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
