Cash Application & Deduction Management
- Apply daily cash receipts for multiple regions
- Research and follow up on short payments and deductions
- Submit and track claims in internal systems
- Perform offsets and write-offs to the General Ledger
- Manage collections for an assigned portfolio
- Follow up on skipped invoices and resolve outstanding balances
- Collect on invalid deductions and short pays
- Provide supporting documentation upon request
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Review credit applications and analyze credit data
- Release credit holds and update portfolio files
- Conduct annual credit reviews for assigned accounts
- Manage departmental inboxes and respond to inquiries
- Generate and distribute daily/monthly AR reports
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Experience with credit analysis and customer account management
- Proficiency with financial systems and Excel preferred
- Comfortable working in a structured, in-office setting
