AP Automation Consultant
Contract | 100% Onsite in Cincinnati, OH | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$20–$23/hour based on experience

trak group is hiring an AP Automation Consultant to support a dynamic finance team during a system implementation project. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts payable experience and automation exposure to step into a hands-on role where they can make an immediate impact.

- Play a key role in streamlining and improving AP processes
- Process AP transactions including PO-related invoices
- Support automation workflows within the AP system
- Assist with system cleanup, invoice validation, and processing
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors via phone and email
- Conduct research to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Enter and maintain accurate payment and vendor records
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Experience with AP automation systems (SAP preferred; Medius is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work through repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Effective communication skills and comfort with cross-team coordination
- Reliable, quick to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- 100% onsite in Cincinnati, OH
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract role through the end of the year
