- Conduct receiving inspections, in-process checks, and random quality audits on the shop floor
- Perform dimensional inspections using the FARO Edge scanning arm
- Document and report nonconformities to the Quality Manager and Product Quality Engineer
- Participate in customer or supplier visits when needed
- Support compliance with the ISO/AS-certified Quality Management System
- Review mechanical drawings and verify product specifications against standards
- Assist in problem-solving, documentation, and quality system improvement initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or welding environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read CAD/technical drawings and machining tolerance symbols
- Experience with or understanding of NDT processes (PT, UT, FPI) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 systems
- Ability to lift, carry, kneel, stoop, and move between workstations
- Roughly 50% walking, 25% sitting, and 25% standing
- Exposure to variable temperatures, dust, and light shop hazards
