- Ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations and internal policies
- 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong Paycor knowledge (preferred)
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, transitional environments
