This hybrid contract role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, organized, and confident interacting with professionals at all levels.
You’ll play a key part in enabling the sales team’s success—supporting systems, entering data, analyzing trends, and communicating with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter sample requests, call reports, leads, and opportunities into CRM (Salesforce/eChempax)
- Support sales reps by tracking and resolving customer issues
- Create and maintain customer records and quote information
- Analyze data and build reports and dashboards for sales management
- Assist with CRM-based research for leads and marketing initiatives
- Help prepare for trade shows, team meetings, and other events
- Support general administrative tasks like ordering lunches or setting up meetings
What You Bring:
- 4-year college degree and 2+ years of office experience
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
- Confident communicator—comfortable interacting across all levels of the business
- Customer-first attitude and a team-oriented approach
