We are looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our team, working directly with families in Allen County. This role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to build a schedule that fits both your lifestyle and client needs. You'll provide essential mental health services to children and families, ensuring they receive the support they need in their homes, schools, or community settings.

We are looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our team, working directly with families in Allen County. This role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to build a schedule that fits both your lifestyle and client needs. You'll provide essential mental health services to children and families, ensuring they receive the support they need in their homes, schools, or community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, family, and group) in home or community-based settings.
- Manage a caseload of six families/clients, conducting at least two visits per week per client.
- Engage in short-term crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, offering support to assigned families as needed.
- LSW, LPC, or above licensure in good standing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing therapy or counseling services.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within Allen County.
- Flexibility: Customize your work schedule to suit your needs—ideal for someone who values work-life balance while making a difference
- Supportive Environment: Hybrid position with "hotel space" available for work in the office when needed, but plenty of autonomy to work remotely
