Your Impact In This Role
  • Deliver transformative home-based therapy services, integrating various treatment modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Empower families with skills and tools to promote stability and growth
  • Create and coordinate crisis and safety plans to ensure family well-being
  • Collaborate with schools, courts, and county agencies to provide holistic support
  • Maintain fidelity to the IHBT model while adapting to each family's unique needs

What You Bring To The Table
  • LSW, LPC, or higher licensure (CDC not applicable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children and families
  • Proficiency in behavior management, ecological systems theory, and cognitive behavioral techniques
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., myEvolv EMR)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
  • Flexibility to conduct evening sessions as needed
  • Excellent time management skills for timely documentation
  • Adaptability to work in various settings (home, community, office)
