We are seeking a Therapist to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in Putnam County. This role is perfect for a licensed therapist who thrives in flexible work environments and enjoys making a positive impact on families through in-home and community support.

We are seeking a Therapist to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in Putnam County. This role is perfect for a licensed therapist who thrives in flexible work environments and enjoys making a positive impact on families through in-home and community support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical in-home/community-based services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy
- Manage a caseload of six families/clients, meeting them in their homes, schools, or community locations
- Conduct short-term crisis intervention and follow trauma-informed, evidence-based service models
- Coordinate with community partners and referral agencies to support client needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- LSW, LPC, or higher licensure in good standing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in mental health or therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families
- Reliable transportation and comfort in visiting families' homes
- Flexibility: Customize your work schedule to suit your needs—ideal for someone who values work-life balance while making a difference
- Supportive Environment: Hybrid position with "hotel space" available for work in the office when needed, but plenty of autonomy to work remotely
