Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer retail and lease titles and registrations.
- Manage, log, and follow up on titles for out-of-state customers.
- Handle resale titles and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Produce checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.
- Organize, mail, copy, and file paperwork for retail and lease deals.
- Update and maintain “Title Status” and comments in the dealership management system.
- Issue refund checks to customers and reconcile assigned accounts.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.
- Dealership titling experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
