trak group is partnering with a well-established, family-owned automotive group to find a Title Clerk who thrives on accuracy, organization, and process. If you have dealership titling experience and want to grow your career with a company that values internal promotion, this could be the right move.

- Handle title-related paperwork, checks, and refunds
- Maintain detailed title status updates and notes in Lightyear DMS
- Reconcile assigned accounts and assist with dealership documentation
- Dealership titling experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
