- Prepare daily cash position letter,
- Conduct daily treasury activities and initiate online electronic fund payments (Wires/ACH/FX).
- Assist in determining the organization’s cash position by generating weekly cash flow forecast report.
- Oversee and maintain on-line banking system for user set up and granting of user entitlements.
- Generate monthly ABL bank reporting.
- Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly sales tax filing using Avalara Tax System
- Lead to provide sales and use tax audit documentation to Deloitte and auditor.
- Prepare and file various state business licenses and miscellaneous state tax filings.
- Prepare and file Canadian GST/HST/PST, and Ohio and Oregon CAT.
- Other tasks or special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s in accounting or Related Field
- Strong Excel
- 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience
- Non-smoker: Standard is a tabaco free company
