trak group is working with a respected behavioral health organization to find a Treatment Director to lead clinical operations, ensure quality care, and support a dedicated team. What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a small team, providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship.
- Manage the intake and placement process, collaborating with case coordinators and therapists.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, documentation, and quality assurance standards.
- Oversee budgetary decisions and fiscal operations for the Bowling Green division.
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and treatment planning.
- Conduct performance evaluations, establish work schedules, and ensure program effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical and administrative staff.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure, with the ability to provide supervision.
- Three years of experience in social services, including at least one year of leadership experience.
- Strong ability to manage programs, oversee compliance, and lead a team effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
