VP of Human Resources

As the VP of Human Resources, you will lead efforts to scale the workforce from 400 employees to over 1,000, while helping shape the culture and growth of a forward-thinking organization. You’ll have the chance to collaborate directly with leadership and be a pivotal force in the company's continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that supports company growth and expansion.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Design efficient recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent and foster long-term employee engagement.
  • Organizational Development: Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Build and maintain a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture across all locations.
  • HR Systems & Processes: Implement HR technologies and processes that scale with the business while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Develop employee relations programs and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple sites.
  • Total Rewards & Compensation: Create competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts to integrate new locations and teams while managing change as the company grows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HR technologies and systems implementation.
