Vice President - Strategy and Innovation
Are you a strategic thinker and dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Innovation to join our team. In this newly created role, you will work directly with the President and leadership team to drive business growth, lead key corporate initiatives, and shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal business consultant, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Lead strategic initiatives across different departments based on the company’s greatest needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to align business strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with the President to influence long-term strategic direction and business decisions.
- 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in private equity, consulting, or service-based industries.
- MBA preferred, with a quantitative undergraduate degree (business, economics, engineering, etc.).
- Expertise in P&L management, marketing, operations, and critical problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive business results.
- High-impact leadership role with influence across the organization.
- Potential to be the heir-apparent to the current President.
- Opportunity to lead a wide variety of projects in marketing, operations, finance, and more.
- Compensation package valued at $360k, including base salary, bonus, and stock options.
