Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Accounting & Finance team.
Job Title: Vice President of Capital Markets
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Summary:
The Vice President of Capital Markets will oversee the development and execution of capital market strategies, manage investor relations, and lead capital raising initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment banking, and financial analysis, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement capital market strategies to support company growth and financial goals.
- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Lead capital raising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align capital market activities with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present reports to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful capital raising and investor relations.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving performance and results.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, financial instruments, and regulatory environments.
