- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory control.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role, with proven supervisory experience.
- Self-starter who can effectively manage a team and drive results.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in customer service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
