- 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role, with proven supervisory experience.
- Self-starter who can effectively manage a team and drive results.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in customer service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
