QualificationsPreferred:
Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP, CPIM, or SCPro).
Experience with ERP implementation and process optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft D365 applications.

Reporting to a VP/GM who values autonomy and creative problem-solving, you’ll drive efficiency, implement strategic changes, and lead a culture of customer-first excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across two shifts.
- Manage, develop, and lead a team of 16 associates while fostering a customer-first culture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures and KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
- Guide ERP system implementation (D365) and optimize processes to reduce manual data entry.
- Evaluate capacity and strategically plan for increased volume—whether through layout redesign or other solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve overall performance and results.
- Conduct safety meetings and training, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards.
- Perform inventory management, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, managing performance and driving accountability.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in warehouse/distribution management overseeing teams of at least 10.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (D365 and Epicor experience a plus).
- Proven experience in process improvement and inventory control.
- Customer-first mindset with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift and maintain a hands-on leadership style.
- Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
