As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll work onsite in a shop environment, focusing on the assembly, welding, and installation of conveyor systems. Responsibilities
- Weld, fabricate, assemble, and install conveyor systems in a shop environment.
- Operate hand tools and handle steel materials up to 20 feet in length.
- Work efficiently on 10-hour shifts, completing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 100 lbs.), bending, squatting, and pushing/pulling carts as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in welding, fabrication, or assembly required.
- Ability to work with hand tools and steel materials in a shop setting.
- Strong physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and handling materials.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime during the week.
