Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze engineering blueprints and schematics to weld and fabricate components to exact specifications.
- Perform welding operations while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Complete fabrication and assembly of components as required.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and adhere to production schedules.
- Ensure proper upkeep of shop equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and work from engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Capability to pass D1.1 and D1.3 weld certification within 2 weeks of hire.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and precision in all work.
- AWS certification history is a plus.
